Liam was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis 6 years ago. The first 3 years were hell as he tried everything from medication to meditation. The last 3 years he has been symptom free and attributes this to Access.

"I have set this group up independently so people have a place where they can access information that works for them. I am intereseted in empowering people to create their own lives and to change disease. My blogs talk about what has worked for me, that does not mean that will work for you, I don't want you to buy my point of view, I want you to find what works for you. For some that will be medication, others it will be diet and for some it may be using some of the ideas I talk of. Who cares as long as it works for you."
